Affiliate Disclosure

Effective May 2026

Required by the FTC. Honestly explained:

EggAddicts is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

In plain English: when you click an Amazon product link on our site and end up buying something, Amazon gives us a small percentage (usually 2-4%). It doesn't cost you anything extra. It's how we keep the lights on.

Our promise

We will never recommend a product just because it pays us a commission. Every product on this site is one we'd genuinely buy ourselves, or have actually used. If we wouldn't put it in our own kitchen, it doesn't go on the site.

If a product turns out to be bad, we remove the link. We'd rather lose the commission than lose your trust.

Other relationships

We are not currently sponsored by any brand, paid for reviews, or compensated outside of standard affiliate programs. If that ever changes, we'll disclose it clearly on the relevant page and in our newsletter.

How affiliate links look

All affiliate links on EggAddicts open in a new tab and are tagged with our Amazon ID. We mark affiliate sections with the label "Gear we'd actually use" or similar phrasing. Anything in those sections is an affiliate link.

Why we tell you this

The FTC requires it. But also — we think you deserve to know how a site you're reading makes money. Most sites are paid for by something. Ours is paid for by these affiliate links and (eventually) display ads. No paywalls, no spam, no selling your data.
